K-ROB strong showing at No-Way-Out 40 at North Vernon

Last Saturday night Kyle Robbins got his season underway at North Vernon in very strong fashion. The first task of the night was to make the show and with a deep starting spot in the heat Kyle would have to find a way to make it to the front, and he did just that making his way up to 3rd and earning a spot in the A-Main. With a 40 lap A on hand and starting 14th the main goal was to go out get laps and get comfortable in the car again and if we could walk out with a top 10 would be iceing on the cake. After a few yellows in the early stages the race went on a long green run with Kyle gaining a few spots here and there. with a red with about 11 to go would be when Kyle would make his biggest moves in the remaining laps and at the checkered flag would come home a strong 6th place finish. " This whole night from hot laps to the last lap i got better and better each time we hit the track, i just cant think everyone enough that helped me out tonight my dad ,grandpa, Big Al, Tim, BC, AJ, and Dan made my job alot easy." said Kyle. Next weekend Kyle will head to the Gas City opener Friday and will  then hit the LPS opener on Saturday and finishing up the weekend helping out the DMS crew at Anderson Speeday for the National Midget race.
